Sue
Sue had amateur experience in England before coming to the Bahamas in 1970 and has been riding since the age of 6. The original trail guide and instructor at the facility, she now handles office and accounts, bookings and transportation.
Duke
Duke an avid flat racing fan since childhood, took riding lessons in his twenties from Lady Greta Oakes, noted equestrienne in Nassau at the time. He now personally conducts every trail and assists the trail riders with ongoing instruction on each trip.
Erika
Bahamian born Erika Adderly-Coello is a graduate of Guelph University in Canada. Erika takes care of the stable management and physical well-being of the horses at the facility. She is the resident instructor, teaching both children and adults. She is a keen rider (hunter jumper and dressage) and frequently attends clinics in the US. Erika and her husband Miguel were married on horseback at the stables.
Tara Lavallee
An outdoors person who also loves water sports, Tara came to work for Happy Trails in 2006. Tara learned to ride locally at an early age. She helps to take out the trails and looks after the general welfare of the horses.Marlon "Wayne" Johnson
Wayne has worked off and on with Happy Trails since childhood. He left the Bahamas for a while to train at the Ocala Stud in Florida. An avid horseman, Wayne has several horses at his own private stable.
St Juste Baskin, native of Haiti, is the groundsman and maintenance person at the stables.
